Lentil Soup

It's taken me a while to respond but we are finally getting out of our rut of a rotation between chili, spaghetti, and chicken pot pie! 
We do go to this one regularly, but it's a good one and makes a TON of leftovers.

(we use dried lentils and I have no idea what grains of paradise are so I have a feeling Manning doesn't use that either)

We have had a lot of success with The Pioneer Woman's recipes. One of our favorites is pasta with pancetta and leeks. We like to add a few yummies to it, like mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes.
